Future Plans for Taiwan

Although the Taiwan Holiness Church is a mature church, there is a great demand for more missionaries to serve in local churches. Church pastors regularly request that OMS assign a missionary to work in their church for two or more years to act as a bridge between the church and the community.

One of the greatest challenges for local churches is finding ways to attract people from the community into the church. Improving a person’s ability to speak English continues to be a very high priority among young and old alike throughout Taiwan society. Churches that can offer English classes from native English speakers attract many from the community who would otherwise never enter a church. There are over a dozen churches that could use a missionary immediately to be involved in English ministry.
