Mighty Prevailing Prayer

Are you longing for power in prayer, the ability to get urgent and needed answers to difficult and resistant situations? God has the solution to every problem, and He wants you to experience His prayer-answering power. Described as “no kindergarten book on prayer but a summons to the battlefield,” Mighty Prevailing Prayer will challenge, inspire, and motivate every Christian to a deeper level of intercession. You will want to read and refer to it often.

Testimony of a missionary from another missionary agency: “I recently finished reading Wesley Duewel’s book “Mighty Prevailing Prayer” and have found it to be possibly the best book on how to pray that I’ve read yet (and I’ve probably read close to 20).”

Ablaze for God

Ablaze for God is a book that speaks to the desperate need for spiritual leadership in the Church. One does not have to be a theologian to recognize that persons adequately prepared to minister in Christ’s stead are in short supply today.

Every believer needs to be filled with the Holy Spirit, with their heart and life overflowing in holy love, and ablaze for God. How much more urgent it is for every Christian pastor or leader of God’s people to be filled, anointed, and empowered by God. Are you thus prepared and equipped by God? God’s good will for you is to prepare you and use you mightily.

The necessary enduement for such service to Christ can come only through the enabling grace of the Holy Spirit. Nothing less than a baptism of consuming fire will suffice for the task to which we are called.

Dr. Duewel, eminent author and missionary statesman, brings this truth into focus in these pages. With keen sensitivity and deep humility, he sets forth qualities of life becoming Christian ministry. His treatment is simple and down-to-earth, and unfailingly reflects the mind of one who has sought to sit at the feet of Jesus.
