MOZAMBIQUE—Warren Hardig, international executive director of Men for Missions, and Pastor Dennis Chestmit travel to South Africa and Mozambique from February 23-March 10. Bill Anderson, Men for Missions Scotland, and Wendell Bole, Men for Missions South Africa, will join them to visit the ministries in Maputo. Pray for safe travel and a fruitful visit.

The annual school trips for Christian Academy in Mozambique are being planned. The first one will be for the 7–10 grade boys on February 25–27. Pray for preparations, safety and a good time of bonding with the Lord and one another.
 

MOZAMBIQUE—Seminary classes are set to start on February 15, and there will be 30 students! Pray for provision so that these students can study and prepare to be pastors and leaders in the churches that are growing throughout Mozambique. Pray for support, as many scholarships are needed.
 
The Mozambican national church, Palavra Viva, is making some progress on writing the church discipline. Pray that God will direct the work, the communication and the relationships as church leaders, the OMS advisory board and OMS missionaries desire to have the church discipline completed.

MOZAMBIQUE—Pray for Aimee Howarth’s trip with Pastor Abel and Irma Louisa to visit the church groups meeting in the provinces of Gaza and Inhambane from January 15-22. Pray for health and safety, for the car to work well, and for good relationship building, listening, and teaching times.

Pray for the visiting team from Australia, led by Ray Airosa, from January 23-26. Ask God to prepare hearts and give protection and for God’s will to be accomplished as the team visits various OMS ministries in Mozambique.
 

MOZAMBIQUE—Praise God for the birth of Melvin and Sharon Kelly’s twin beautiful babies Abigail Rose and Joshua Thomas, born on Christmas Eve! Praises that Sharon and the babies are well. Pray for safe travels for Larry and Susan Weil in South Africa from January 6–14.

MOZAMBIQUE—Pray for a formal agreement between OMS and Palavra Viva concerning the reassignment of ECC workers to positions within Palavra Viva churches. Pray also for a final draft for the church discipline. Ask for God’s direction in these matters. 

MOZAMBIQUE—Ask God to direct and bless the Mozambique missionary team retreat in South Africa from November 6-9. Pray that the missionaries, along with Dick McLeish and Kent Eller who will be there, will have a time of God’s rest, refreshment, love, unity and encouragement.

Pray for the visit of Gary and Diane Gray from November 3-16 and for the visit of Rod Dormer from November 9-12. Pray that God will direct and speak to each one according to His will during their visits.
 

MOZAMBIQUE—Lift up the churches in Mavila and Chidenquele where there are no ECC trainers. Ask God to lead the right people to serve in these areas.

Pray for Melvin and Sharon Kelly, preparing to serve in Mozambique, starting in spring 2010. Pray for the prayer and financial partnerships that God desires for the Kellys and for safety for Sharon and their twin babies during pregnancy.
