A Church Planter is needed to work with seminary gradutes to plant local churches that can reproduce themselves. This person will serve as a spiritual guide and mentor to both established congregations with struggling pastors as well as new graduates who will serve as evangelists and church planters. He or she will also pass along proven ministerial skills and life experiences while integrating creative and effective new church planting multiplication methodology.
