Teaching Missionary Kids

Ted and Jackie Moon are working at Morrison Christian Academy in Taichung, Taiwan. They minister to English-speaking children from the missionary and business communities. Ted teaches the sixth grade and Jackie teaches the fourth grade. They have enjoyed the weekly fellowship and yearly retreat with other OMS missionaries.

Both met and graduated from Asbury College, Jackie in 1969 and Ted in 1971. After further graduate study and teaching in the United States, they taught for eight years overseas at Seoul Foreign School in South Korea. The Lord called them back to the States for eighteen years where Ted taught in graduate and undergraduate programs at Lindsey Wilson College, Asbury College and Columbia International University.

It has been exciting to return to Asia to minister to and raise up the next generation of young people who know whose they are and the purposes God has for their lives. They covet your prayers as they seek to lead students into God’s family.
