W. Foster Pilcher serves OMS International as the resident graphic artist. He designs OMS’ award winning, quarterly magazine, Outreach, as well as oversees the design of all OMS field brochures, logos, prayer tracts and even some book covers. Foster also has had his hand in coordinating the production of OMS videos.

Foster has had the opportunity to travel to Haiti, the Philippines and Russia to capture the ministries of OMS missionaries through photography. Most recently, he led a short-term team to Ecuador to assist in Vacation Bible School (VBS) ministries in poor neighborhoods and in several schools.

After graduating from Vigo South High School in Terre Haute, Indiana, Foster attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He graduated in 2001 with a double major in graphic design and photography. While at BSU, he was an active member of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF), a worldwide campus ministry. He served as a small group Bible study leader and as president of this student-led group for two years.

Foster also has been active in his hometown church, World Gospel Church (WGC) and his current home church, Community Church of Greenwood (CCG). At WGC he worked with the youth group, and at CCG he helps lead the singles’ group, where he met his wife, Stephanie (Shafer). They married in June 2004.
