Executive Director, OMS Australia

Billy has been with OMS International for over 40 years and has served in Hong Kong as a church planter and in the United Kingdom as the OMS International UK Director. Billy has also engaged in a leadership training ministry in restricted access countries in Southeast Asia. He is currently on assignment with OMS Australia until 2008 as interim Executive Director.
