In John 21, Jesus gives Peter (and us) three commands: feed My lambs, care for My sheep and feed My sheep. The role of OMS missionaries is to train, equip and support Jesus’ lambs and sheep in Mexico through evangelism, church planting, training church leadership and partnering with the OMS-established national church in Mexico, the United Families in Christ (UNIFAM) Churches of Mexico. The missionaries are “Servant Builders.” In all four areas, various missionaries will have different roles based on the need of the area and the spiritual giftedness of the individual in order that Great Commission churches may effectively be planted in Mexico.
