The remaining 91% of what we own is rarely considered within our stewardship strategy! And yet, gifting these assets can help us make our most significant ministry impact. In addition, gifts of these assets are often very powerful tools for bypassing capital gains, minimizing income taxes or reducing potential estate taxes.

Project: Bangladesh Cyclone Relief
On May 25, 2009, Cyclone “Aila” packed winds up to 71 mph and made landfall along the coastline late in the afternoon. The cyclone crossed Bangladesh's southwestern coast, leaving at least 147 people dead and more than 3.47 million affected.
