Due to security concerns, detailed information about the ministries and missionaries in this area are not available on our web site.

History of OMS in East Asia
OMS International began its ministry in East Asia in the early 1900s, centering its work in a major city at a time of civil unrest and spiritual hunger. Since that time, Christianity has become a major religion in the region.
Current Ministries
Some of the obstacles to ministry in this region today include government restrictions, language acquisition (many people speak dialects rather than national languages) and rapid change. Nevertheless, rapid change also presents new opportunities for OMS.
