In 1998, after two survey trips were made, OMS/ECC International began evangelism and church planting ministries in the Caribbean, partnering with 2 individual church groups.

On April 1, 1999 the partnership began with Every Community for Christ (ECC) helping to fund evangelism/church planting teams beginning with 23 teams. We praise God for what he's done through our ECC teams in 2007:

• Decisions for Christ: 47,524
• People in discipleship or lay-leadership training: 3,617
   

Most recently, both groups continued with 17 Church Multiplication teams and 146 Traditional Teams.
